WIKI space

Hey everyone!

I have just created a WIKI space via wetpain.com and have been experimenting with it, adding pictures, videos, news articles, etc. Please feel free to check it out via this link;

At first it took me a while to get used to the site, but after a few blog entries and uploading some pictures and videos, I have learnt my way around the website. I find the simple layout and navigation is really easy to follow. Adding pictures, videos, etc. is a really simple process and the step by step instrucations talk you through it. The great thing about it is you do not even need the pictures, etc. saved to your computer. You can upload them straight from google, and upload videos directly from youtube!

I feel that this website is a great idea and would encourage all learners to make an account, as use of this technology could really enhance student learning. I love how this site allows discussions to be started with other learners and beleive it would be useful for chatting with other learners in the same areas of learning who may be too far away to talk to in person. Distance education students would really benefit from this technology, as well as students who are away sick and need to keep in contact with their teacher, students, etc. to stay on top of their school studies.

Overall, WIKIspace and Wetpaint is a fantastic, easy to navigate site that I reccomend to all learners!
